    Step 1: Install the ToonMeapp after downloading it from the Google Play Store.

    Open the app and choose the Toon filters category in step two. Pick the filter you prefer.

    Step 3: Choose a photo of yourself to apply the filter to from your phone’s gallery.

    Step 4: ToonMe will use the filter to transform the image into an animated one.

    Save the image to your device in step five.
